Pork Should Be Tenderized
The first step in making this incredible cabbage meal is to cook your pork to tenderize it. After two cups of water have been boiled in a kettle, add 3 ounces of pork and continue to cook until juicy. Using a kitchen strainer, separate the water, your pork stock, from the meat itself, and set both aside.
Cook the Aromatics
Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the same saucepan and sauté your basic onion and garlic. When the onions have softened, add the meat and simmer for 30 seconds.
Carrots, cabbage, and soy sauce are optional.
After that, add your vibrant orange carrots and umami soy sauce. Cook for another minute with this combination of ingredients before adding your cabbage to the pot. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss in the rest of the ingredients.
Add the bell peppers and snap peas. Cook this combination of ingredients for around 3 minutes before adding the pork stock back into the saucepan. This is where the Knorr Pork Cube comes in to add a little additional flavor.
Season to taste
Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, then season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 3 ounces pork
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions

Boil water in a cooking pot. Add pork. Continue boiling until the pork gets tender. Separate the pork and water (pork stock) using a kitchen strainer. Set aside.

Heat oil on the same pot. Sauté onion and garlic.

Once the onion softens, add the pork. Cook for 30 seconds.

Add carrot and soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute.

Put the cabbage into the pot. Stir and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Add bell peppers and snap peas. Cook for 3 minutes.
